SHORT FILM
I'm Moving To Florida.
When 60-year-old Patty leaves a 32-year marriage to start over in Florida, her twin sister Linda insists on making the journey with her. What begins as a road trip to a new life becomes a funny, heartfelt reckoning with sisterhood, independence, and the fear of starting over. Listen Linda is a warm-hearted narrative about the freedom—and fear—of choosing your next chapter.
"the iconic car"
25th Anniversary
Maroon Bronco
Finding the perfect car for Listen Linda turned into a story of its own. Writer, director, and producer Ashley Ralph and cinematographer Nelli began leaving notes on Broncos they spotted around Savannah, Georgia, hoping one of the owners would be willing to lend their car to the film.
Eventually, Tommy answered the call. He had a limited edition 25th Anniversary Maroon Bronco—and, as luck would have it, it was available. What began with a few handwritten notes around Savannah ultimately led to the Bronco becoming an iconic part of Listen Linda.

MEET THE SISTERS
Patty Clifford
PLAYED BY CATHERINE CURTIN
Catherine Curtin is an award-winning actress known for her roles in Orange Is the New Black, Stranger Things, and Insecure. Her work across film and television is marked by a natural ability to bring depth, wit, and humanity to complex characters. A two-time SAG Award winner as part of the Orange Is the New Black ensemble, Curtin stars in Listen Linda as Patty, a recently divorced woman determined to start over on her own terms. Bringing Patty’s sharp wit and guarded independence to life, Catherine brings humor, vulnerability, and emotional depth to the film’s story of rediscovering yourself and learning that starting over doesn’t have to mean doing it alone.
Linda Clifford
PLAYED BY ALISON LAW
Alison Law is an Atlanta-based actress and voice artist with more than 25 years of experience across commercial, documentary, audiobook, and voiceover work. In Listen Linda, she brings the film’s titular character’s bubbly, outspoken spirit to life, balancing humor with the vulnerability beneath Linda’s constant need to show up for the people she loves. Through her performance, Alison adds both levity and heart to the film’s exploration of love, connection, and starting over.

Behind The Scenes
DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT
With Listen Linda, I wanted to tell a coming-of-age later-in-life story centered on women we rarely see on screen: two 60-year-old twin sisters learning to redefine themselves. Inspired by my grandmother’s move to The Villages, Florida, at sixty, after years spent caring for others, the film explores the idea that self- discovery and reinvention are a lifelong process. During that transition, she told me, “For the first time in my life, I don’t have to take care of anyone but myself, and I’m learning how.” That became the emotional foundation of the film: the realization that it is never too late to begin living for yourself. Patty and Linda’s relationship is also rooted in my experience growing up as a twin. Through them, I wanted to explore the tension between independence and connection, and the fear of discovering who you are outside of a shared identity. Visually inspired by 80s–00s Americana, Listen Linda embraces warm, naturalistic imagery to balance humor and melancholy in a way that feels intimate, messy, and deeply human. Ultimately, I hope the film brings visibility to older women whose stories are often overlooked and reminds audiences that growth and self-discovery are not limited by age.
